quick update! today has been so so. a little harder than yesterday as exhaustion and starvation is creeping up on me. i had to work at 8 so i got up around 7:15. problem is i went to bed about.. 3am? so i went to work.. had a redbull and water. dropped my mom off and went to my sisters. i caved on my way over there and had a wendy's go wrap (like..260 cals?) shame. i also had like 3 pizza rolls and a small bowl of ice cream. so i'm probably around.... 550 calories or so. i worked out though.. probably burned 650 .. not as many as yesterday and i couldn't work out as long. just started my period so i'm extra grumpy and crampy and couldn't go longer than an hour and a half. got a lot of cardio in so that's good. i'm heading out again..trying to keep a straight mind. have a good night.
