it's been a few days.

hey everyone! i'm alive. it's been a few days, eh? either way, i'm down officially down from 177 to 173. i know i could be even less but i've had a few fall backs. i've been so busy i've barely had time to work out. i missed my training appointment today because i slept through it. shame on me. good news is is that i haven't had time to eat a meal today. i had like 5 potato chips in passing earlier and right now i'm drinking a diet coke. bad news? i napped... like all day because i exhausted myself with work, working out and staying out really late for a concert last night. oops. i hope everyone is doing well. i'm off for the first weekend in a long time, so i'll be writing a longer update tomorrow and catching up on everyone's blogs. thanks for the love, hope everyone is well and doing good!
